Jan Pavelka is a Czech photographer based in Southampton, UK. With over 18 years of experience across a wide range of disciplines, he has developed a quiet, unobtrusive approach that allows him to capture authentic moments on set.

He has worked internationally on projects big and small, from collaborating with acclaimed directors to supporting local productions. In 2019 he completed an MA in Visual Communications at Solent University, where he is now an Artist in Residence.

Jan’s focus is simple: to create images that serve the story, earn the trust of cast and crew, and reflect the vision of the client.
